Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

We begin processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee any changes once placed. Please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account anytime to view order status.

I entered the wrong address, what now?

Contact us urgently. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update the address. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for lost orders caused by incorrect details.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll organise a replacement for you.

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver across the UK. International shipping is coming soon - sign up to our newsletter to be first to know.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. UK standard shipping takes 2–5 days. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details once it’s on the way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and product safety, we don’t accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged. View our Refund Policy for full information.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes! You’re welcome to collect from our Barnet studio (Fridays to Sundays, 12PM–6PM). Just message us via DM to arrange a time.

Absolutely. All AzaBanks GloCo products are vegan, cruelty-free, and ethically formulated.

How long do your products last once opened?

Each product is labelled with its shelf life symbol. To get the best out of your products, store them in a cool, dry place and keep them away from direct sunlight.
