how to use:

get spolly(included)  and apply water(dab of excess)

insert damp spolly into the product (hole in the middle )

apply product of spolly to clean brows 

wipe of excess (using a q-tip,which is also included) from shaped brows (allow brow to dry and laminate for 30 seconds).
